Trail description

Parking is available at the U Zemánků bus turn-off. After 50m head upstream. The Jasenka is one of the most meandering streams in the area; the countless bends created in the flysch bedrock composed of massive layers of grey and reddish clay create an ideal substrate for the ever-changing flow of the stream. The banks of the gorge are massively eroding. Along the trail you will encounter dozens of trees that have already been undercut by the Jasenka flow and lie in or across the streambed. Combined with sandstone thresholds and loose rocks, there is no shortage of adventure.

After reaching the spring the descending trail goes to the right, and after about 1km it connects with a yellow hiking trail that will lead you back to the starting point.

Recommendation

The banks and rocks in this gorge are quite unstable, so you can expect smaller children to get dirty and wet.
